Most weekdays we hold same-day slots specifically for new patients. You can see today's open times on the day-line above, book online, or call the clinic — we usually answer within a few rings during clinic hours.
We accept direct billing with Daman, AXA, Bupa, Cigna, Aetna, Allianz, NextCare, MetLife, Orient and AlMadallah. If your insurer isn't listed, share your card details when booking and we'll confirm coverage before your visit.
Yes. Tabby and Tamara are both available for eligible treatment plans — split into interest-free instalments at checkout. Tamara is Sharia-compliant.
Our team practises in English and Arabic across all clinical visits. Dr. Mansouri also consults in French, and Dr. Chen in Mandarin.
A standard cleaning and exam is booked as a 30-minute appointment. If your last visit was more than 12 months ago, we may extend to 45 minutes to allow for a more thorough assessment.
Yes — pain, swelling, broken teeth and dislodged restorations are treated as emergencies. Message WhatsApp or call our clinic line, and we will hold a same-day slot for you wherever the schedule allows.
